Support Hours throughout the Christmas Break 2024

Our support team will be available during the following periods over the coming holiday season:

Monday, December 23rd –Tuesday, December 24th: Normal Office Hours
Wednesday, December 25th- Thursday, December 26th: Closed*
Friday, December 27th–Friday, Reduced Staff Levels and Support
Monday December 30th– Tuesday, December 31st: Reduced Staff Levels and Support
Wednesday, January 1st: Closed*
Thursday, January 2nd: Business as usual

*Sci-Net knows that for many customers, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day are busy trading days. 
We are therefore offering an enhanced support service where we can offer Azure Infrastructure support over these important days for customers that require it.
